The Walks
Option 1 - You decide and we will make the arrangements (to
see a list of Lakes mountains click here)
Option 2 - The Big Ones
- Scafell Pike (England's highest mountain) with options to include
Broad Crag, Great End, Lingmell and Scafell.
- Helvellyn with options to include Striding Edge and Dollywagon
Pike.
- Skiddaw
- Pillar (if you're feeling strong, as part of the Mosedale Horseshoe)
- Great Gable with options to include a visit to Napes Needle or Kirk
Fell
Option 3 - Beatrix Potter Walks
- Coniston to Tarn Hows with a tea stop at Yew Tree Farm
- Windermere to Hill Top, Far Sawrey, via Claife Heights (entry fee
not included)
- Keswick to Catbells and around the Lake
Option 4 - Lakes Poets Walks - who are you interested in?
Option 5 - Something different
- How about a night walk? Check when there's a decent size moon and
pick a walk. It's a magical experience. In winter it's even possible
to get up a mountain and down by last orders! For example, if you
can get to Coniston for 6.00 p.m. you could be sat in front of a log
fire in the Sun Hotel by 10.30.
